Psychoterapy in English language
I work with English spoken clients, with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, difficulties in dealing with emotions, mood swings, low self-esteem, interpersonal problems, challenges of adolescence and young adulthood, and more. Psychotherapy is for everyone.
I believe the goal of psychotherapy is to obtain the self-knowledge that leads to a better resilience, expanding your own possibilities in life.
After deciding to start such a process, working together as a team in psychotherapy, can be both empowering and frightening. I work with respect of my client's uniqueness, subjectivity, the hallmark of our every step together.
Trust, safety, confidentiality and comfort are crucial in a psychoterapeutical relationship, along with a style marked by warmth and collaboration.
Most of my private clients receive medium- or long-term relational psychoanalytic psychotherapy at a frequency of sessions from 1 to 2 times weekly. This work is of a far more explorative nature examining how stories we tell ourselves, relationship patterns, dreams and slips can give clues about our lives. Such work can help shift patterns we continuously get stuck in, to give renewed creativity and interest in life and its possibilities.
